James T. Elcock

James Elcock has been in real estate for over 20 years in the St. Charles / St. Louis metropolitan area. As a licensed Broker-Partner in the state of Missouri, he specializes in commercial industrial, office and retail sales and leasing, business brokering, and residential investment property acquisitions as well as other aspects of commercial brokerage. He has also provided numerous clients with professional guidance in the sale and purchase of investment real estate.

His previous experiences include Trust Officer with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Business Broker with VR Business Brokers, and Past Chairman/Small Business Mentor with St. Charles County SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives). James also owns Durabond Paints and TRAMU.
